Media Plan
As a coalition, we make every attempt to communicate our concerns and desires directly, professionally, and appropriately.

Believing our requests are reasonable and in the best interests of the hospital and community, we have and will continue to give every opportunity for our petition's requests to be heard at the volume level appropriate to the response.

On February 27th, we hand-delivered 144 paper petition signatures to Summit's board of directors making our concerns known.

Here are additional awareness campaign steps to spread our message.

01
Press Releases
As deemed appropriate, we commit to releasing of press release drafts that are clear, fact-based, and with the goal of the hospital and community's overall betterment.
02
Social Media
While we have previously discouraged social media engagement until we could formally present our requests by the appropriate means, it has now become prudent to open up an awareness campaign to more effectively reach a broader representation of our community.

03
Signage/Billboards
Yard signs and buttons are available to purchase directly from our site's main menu, to encourage further engagement with our platform and consideration of our petition. Billboard placement around town is also currently under review.
04
Peaceful Demonstrations
If deemed appropriate, we may exercise our right to peacefully assemble in areas where we may legally share signage and information related to our concern about the board of directors.
